One Step At A Time

We are now going on four months at The Wild Hope and while day to day things feel like they are barely moving forward; there are moments when I am reminded to take a step back and allow myself to feel proud of how it’s coming along.

Not my best pano. Fiona moved and looks like a two headed giant and the sun gave me some trouble but we are ready for whatever snow we get tonight. Shelters are up and the horses now have cover. It still needs some sides, but we are taking this one step at a time.

We are now going on four months at The Wild Hope and while day to day things feel like they are barely moving forward; there are moments when I am reminded to take a step back and allow myself to feel proud of how it’s coming along. (Thanks to my good friends for visiting these last two days and reminding me.)

We have been thrown so many obstacles since we arrived and some days I feel down right defeated. But I am so happy to be sitting here looking at these four very different and very sweet horses.
